4. Arkansas- The Whole family can enjoy trying their luck at the Arkansas Diamond Mine and if that doesn't work out there is always the onsite water park.

5. California- Redwood forests are old, large, and magnificent, definitely worth a visit.

6. Colorado- Colorado’s six canyon rivers (Poudre Canyon, Browns Canyon, Ponderosa Gorge, Yampa, Bighorn Sheep Canyon and Glenwood Canyon) are the greatest sites to take part in white water rafting trips with or without a guide.

7. Connecticut- The whole family can enjoy a visit to The New England Air Museum located in Windsor Locks.
