Penny Drop, But Keep in Stock
There has been a debate for years on the Elimination of the currency altogether. Opponents of the currency would suggest going the way of Australia and some other developed countries around the world, and probably soon to Canada, and nickel is the coin of lesser value.
Of course, since the penny stocks trader, I like the eye on the situation. I looked at the numbers, and I watched a bunch of great change in my car console, and I must say that I remove the Little Brown devil every time. There have been several bills introduced by referring to eliminate the penny, even if all have voted so far.
Of course, this may seem a bit 'strange account from a guy who has done his entire career revolve penny stocks. What happens if I buy ABC Corporation 23 cents and 72 cents to sell? What happens if the stock goes from 1 cent to 2 cents? It's time to stay at a penny until it jumps up to 5 cents, 400% more?
In general, it is a kind of confusion as to the securities markets. However, considering that we were there long before 1793, the year the penny was introduced, and no doubt will be fine without him. Other nations that eliminate the currency have not suffered the negative effects on their economies or stock markets. In fact, every time it is largely a "nonevent."
All the arguments to keep the penny can be generalized to suggest that we also need a penny and a half penny and the fifth, but most people understand that there would be no benefit from the fraction of a cent (in addition to pain head).
The fact is that there is almost no benefit from the current penny, whose value has taken a dive over the last 213 years. When you could buy a bushel of apples a penny before, now you can buy ... buy ... uh ... nothing really. Except maybe a penny from any company joke, probably not even really worth this amount.
With the extra time will save you ignore ear, assuming that you put a time value on yourself at least $ 3 an hour (as you probably do), so that it pays for itself several times.
Above all, I think as long as you want to save is not locked behind a person to dig their currencies, the search for just three pence. So, taking into consideration the facts and evidence, even I, the penny stock trader, I am opposed to retain one-cent coin around.
